ORDERING
Ordering is easy and you can do it right now!
To order any of our products on line, choose the Order
Now button, which will offer you a listing of products from
which to choose.
If you want to order only Swarovski Austrian Crystal Body Gem tattoos,
you may choose the Gems and Bands
button.
Only damaged merchandise is accepted for return and replacement.
Do not return merchandise without prior written (email) authorization.
Once you place your order, we are unable to accept cancellations
or returns.
Lovenlight
Gems uses a secure shopping cart and credit card system to protect
your order data. Our shopping cart is secured through
Thawte. To validate
the certificate, you can double-click on the lock symbol at the
bottom of your browser after you have entered the secure pages (when
credit card information is requested).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours. Orders are shipped
via First Class Mail and typically arrive within two to five days.
If you need second day or overnight shipping, the charge varies and
you will need to either email (info@LovenlightGems.com) or call us
(303-365-0200) for a quote and payment.
Shipping charges apply to US orders only. Orders
shipping outside the US require additional shipping and postage, which
varies based on the country. Upon receipt of your order, you will
be emailed the additional shipping charges and instructions on how
to pay them through the website. We appreciate your cooperation as
the shopping cart system does not allow us to charge different amounts
for the same products so it is set at a fair, flat shipping rate of
15%, which does not cover shipping outside the US.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason without prior written authorization. We will accept damaged merchandise for replacement. Merchandise being returned for any reason is exchangeable only for an equal amount of merchandise. No refunds are given. If, however, under mitigating circumstances a refund is granted, a 20% restock charge and shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If you desire to return merchandise for any reason, you must email or call for an authorization number and directions.
